Delivery, Returns & Refunds
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, we will pre-authorise your payment. Once product availability is confirmed with our supplier, we will process the payment and dispatch your order promptly. If any item is unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you.
Order Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location:
- Currently mainland UK only including Scottish Highlands
- Excludes The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland
- FREE delivery on orders over £500
- £20 delivery fee for orders under £500

Estimated General Delivery Times:
- 🇬🇧 Mainland UK: 5-7 working days.
- 🏴 Scottish Highlands: 7-10 working days .
- Please note that delivery for larger items and orders to remote locations can take from 15 - 18 working days during quieter and peak times.

- Maison Reproductions: Larger products can take from 15 - 18 working days.
- Laura Ashley Products currently up to 4 weeks.

Twenty 10 Designs Products:
- Next day delivery is only available for mainland UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other Islands. Orders must be placed by 11am Monday to Thursday.
- Room of Choice Delivery is available for mainland UK addresses including Scottish Highlands.

FTG Products:
- Next Day Delivery available on all products. Orders must be placed by 2pm Monday - Thursday.
Delivery Price & Returns
You will receive tracking information within 3 days once our couriers have collected your order. If you have not received tracking details within 3-5 working days after dispatch has been confirmed, please contact us at info@whitebearfurnishings.com or call us on 0333 880 6927
Assembly & White Glove Service
Only selected products require assembly, depending on the brand and product type. Eligible items will display an "Optional Assembly Service – £60" at checkout. Simply select this option before completing your purchase.
For Twenty 10 Designs products, White Glove Service is available - T&Cs apply. This premium service includes delivery, assembly, and packaging removal. Pricing varies by item - please contact us for details.
Each product page clearly states whether assembly is required or if a white glove service is available. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Damages & Faults
While we strive to ensure all items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, there may be rare instances where a product is defective or damaged during transit. Such faults or damage refer to situations where the product is not suitable for its intended use or has a manufacturing defect.
Inspection & Reporting:
- Upon delivery, please inspect your order carefully for any damage, faults, or missing parts.
- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery via email to info@whitebearfurnishings.com.
- Include a detailed description and multiple images clearly showing the problem.
- The item must be kept in its original packaging while we work to resolve the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may:
- Arrange a furniture repair specialist to assess and fix the issue.
- Collect the faulty product and issue a refund or replacement if stock is available.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
Returns
If you wish to return an undamaged item, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a service that offers insurance, as we cannot refund lost or damaged returns.
- Returns must reach our warehouse within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must not be partially or fully assembled before return.
- Return labels will be provided, and it is the customer’s responsibility to print and attach them before shipping.
A re-stocking fee of up to £50 may apply for buyer’s remorse returns.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 48 hours of placement.
- Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return costs.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to process.
